The Base Support Services Inc. is seeking a Youth and Family Case Worker to provide intensive, strengths-based case management to young people at risk of offending or involved in the justice system across Goodn, Ipswich, Western Districts, and surrounding regions. The role involves working directly with young people and their families to address barriers and behaviors, coordinate supports, and reduce recidivism. This position requires outreach-based service delivery, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and a commitment to achieving positive and sustainable outcomes for young people, families, and the broader community.
