The role involves collaborating with procurement, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to analyse business requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant cataloguing processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining and governing master and classification records, monitoring data quality, supporting change management initiatives, and providing training and technical guidance on data standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or information systems, advanced skills in SAP MM, Excel (including VBA), and Winshuttle, along with demonstrated experience in data governance and materials cataloguing within the oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment between operational needs, industry standards, and business processes.
