Job Summary

We are looking for a Chef with Italian cuisine experience. The selected person must have proven experience in delivering Italian cuisine including pasta, antipasto, hand stretched wood fired pizzas and other courses. Experience in team leadership, all aspects of menu design, food preparation and execution is highly regarded. In this role you will need to being flexible to work in different stations in the kitchen to ensure successful delivery to our customers. Our ideal candidate has high volume dining experience, thrives in a busy kitchen environment and working as part of a team.
