FLOOR & WALL TILER – SUNSHINE COAST We Lay Tiles Pty Ltd Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 + Super (full-time) 📍 Sunshine Coast, QLD We Lay Tiles Pty Ltd is a leading tiling company on the Sunshine Coast known for high-quality workmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects, we are seeking a skilled Floor & Wall Tiler to join our growing team. About the Role This is a full-time position responsible for all aspects of floor and wall tiling across new builds, renovations, and commercial installations. You will work across a variety of sites with a focus on precision, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Measuring surfaces and preparing work areas Cutting, laying, and installing tiles to industry standards Applying waterproofing membranes where applicable Grouting, sealing, and finishing work to a high standard Reading and interpreting plans Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and WHS requirements Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Requirements To be considered, you must have: ✔️ A relevant Apprenticeship or Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent) ✔️ At least two (2) years of full-time, relevant work experience ✔️ Strong attention to detail and workmanship ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔️ Current driver’s licence (highly regarded) ✔️ White Card (or ability to obtain) What We Offer Competitive salary $75,000–$95,000 + super depending on experience Long-term employment stability with a reputable local business Supportive team environment Diverse projects across the Sunshine Coast Opportunities for skill development and growth How to Apply Please send your CV and evidence of qualifications/experience to: 📧 wadekelly.91@hotmail.com
